China’s Top 100 Business Environment Districts and Counties Ranking was firstly released recently, and Foshan has two districts on the list. Among them, Shunde district entered the top ten and ranked 7th in the country. Nanhai District entered top 20, ranking 13th in the country.

It can be seen that Foshan’s two districts rank at the top of list, indicating that the business environment in Foshan is constantly improving and gaining recognition. Both Nanhai and Shunde districts carry out practical measures to build a good business environment.

As a major manufacturing city, Foshan has been always attaching importance to creating a better business environment. On July 27, Foshan was invited to present its experience in optimizing business environment at a regular briefing held by the State Council Information Office. It is reported that Foshan comprehensively optimizes the business environment, stresses the simplification of government power and stimulates market vitality; Stresses innovation and supervision and builds fair and orderly society; Stresses optimization service and improves service efficiency.

In recent years, 969 items of management services have been canceled in Foshan, and more than 90% of the citys administrative licenses and public service items have been transferred to district and town levels. At the same time, in the past two years, the burden of the main market entity has been reduced more than 63 billion yuan, which not only promotes the development of existing market entity, but also gives birth to a large number of new market entities.

As one of the districts on the list, Nanhai is committed to creating a legal, international market-oriented business environment. Last year, Nanhai set up the provinces first Credit Bureau, promoting "government-bank-enterprise" credit-cloud construction. Next, Nanhai will continue to improve the business environment and attract more quality projects to settle down in Nanhai.

Shunde also spares no effort to optimize business environment. On July 12 this year, Shunde 24-hour intelligent commercial registration system is officially put into service, and business owners can use self-help terminals to complete the auditing and printing of business license. At present, Shunde proposes to launch a new round of administrative and approval system reform to create a first-class business environment.
