Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area Welding Vocational Skills Contest ended on last Saturday. Led by Foshan Federation of Trade Unions, the representative team from Foshan Gas Group won the gold medal among the city groups after three consecutive days of fierce competition.

It is reported that a total of 33 contestants and 11 teams from 9 cities including Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Foshan, Hongkong and Macau have participated in the competition.

"In addition to local well-known enterprises from Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau, there are also many other participants who frequently take part in the competition, which makes the competition very fierce." Gan Huanying, Ministry of Economy of Foshan Federation of Trade Unions expressed, in order to ensure that Foshan can have a good result in this competition, Foshan Federation of Trade Unions entrusts Foshan Gas Group to participate in the contest.

Although less than a month of pre-competition training, but Liu Xinhua and his team members have demonstrated a solid and excellent welding skills during the competition. Liu Xinhua told reporters that the competition lasted for four hours, and they successfully completed all the requirements of the competition with their hard training and firm will, finally wining the first and second places in the competition.
