Foshan to hold the national invention exhibition again

"Foshan is a pearl of innovation and economic development in Guangdong Province. Over the years, Foshan has achieved very gratifying results in economic development and scientific & technological progress, especially in innovation and invention, and this is also the reason why the China Association of Invention chose Foshan to host the exhibition." Yu Huarong, Party Secretary, Standing Vice Chairman and Secretary General of the China Association of Invention said at the press conference.

More than 5000 items are expected to be exhibited

The International Invention Exhibition hall has an area of 50, 000 square meters, and it is expected that more than 5000 items will be exhibited, which will be the largest compared with the previous years. Exhibitors from different provinces and cities, autonomous regions, PLA units, trade associations, organizations from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and more than 50 countries and international organizations from all over the world will take part in the exhibition.

This year marks the 40th anniversary of the reform and opening up. Foshan has made great achievements in scientific and technological innovation. This exhibition keeps pace with the times and sets up seven exhibition areas including the International exhibition Area, the Military and Civilian Integration exhibition area, the Science and Technology achievement exhibition area for the 40th anniversary of reform and opening up, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area exhibition area, the Intelligent Manufacturing exhibition area, the National Youth Invention Innovation exhibition area and the Enterprise Invention Innovation exhibition area.
