From June 14 to 17, Nanhai Wong Fei-Hung lion dance has appeared at the stage of Hong Kong International Travel Expo for the 16th consecutive year. This year, there will be Nanhai Wing Chun, intangible cultural heritage souvenir gifts and resort hotel preferential treatment shown on the spot.

When the gongs and drums starts, the shocking high-pile lion dance attracted many people, and Jan was one of them.

This year, Nanhai joins Panyu and Shunde again to take part in the exposition in the name “Nanhai, Panyu and Shunde Tourism Alliance”, and it also forms a “Guangdong Legion” with Dongguan, Shaoguan, Huizhou, Shantou, Zhongshan and other cities. Each of them has their own characteristics.

Nanhai is the hometown of the master Ip Man. This exhibition has set Wing Chun special interactive experience! As the champion of World Wing Chun Competition, Dong Chonghua, student of Ip Man’s son Ip Chun appears at the booth, performing and teaching the most authentic Wing Chun to the audience.

"It’s the first time I play Kung Fu, and it is on a hard wooden stake, so I am a little nervous, but such soft boxing won’t hurt myself. Nanhai Kung Fu really deserve its name." Deputy Director of Macau Tourist Office Cheng Weidong smilingly said.

                                                The foreign friend was adored by a souvenir edition of Nanhai Wing Chun.

In addition to Wing Chun, the image of Nanhai tourist city IP Fei-hung lion, Nanhai intangible cultural heritage rattan weaving, Jiujiang Jiandui, Xiqiao cake and tourism enterprises including Xiqiao Mountain Scenic Spot will appear at the exposition, recommending the most attractive tourist destination and gourmet in Nanhai to the world.

At present, Nanhai is actively integrating into the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area. Through participating in international tourism exchange platforms such as Hong Kong International Tourism Expo, Nanhai is constantly improving itself and making friends in the same industry.
