Chen Qingchen: first win in badminton

 

On July 24, Chen Qingchen, a badminton player from Foshan and her partner Jia Yifan beat the Thailand pair Jongkolphan Kititharakul/Rawinda Prajongjai with a score of 21-6 and 21-10 in 34 minutes in the first group game of the womens doubles. 

 

Chen Qingchen/Jia Yifan has become the long duo since 2014 and they are now ranking the second at the Badminton Womens Doubles on the global list by winning various international games. 

 

 

 

 

Though it is their first time to participate in the Olympics, they have proven that they are one of the best candidates to deliver a gold medal for the country from their excellent performance in the game.

 

 

Canoe Sprint: Zheng Pengfei

 

Zheng Pengfei from Shunde District, Foshan will represent China to vie for the top honor on Canoe event. 

  

 

On August 2, he will take part in Mens Canoe Double 1000m with his partner, Liuhao and on August 6, Mens Canoe Single 1000m.

 


Track and field: Li He

 

Li He, who graduated from Shishan Senior High School in Nanhai District, will attend the heat of Womens 4 x 100m Relay at 8 on August 5th, and if the Chinese team enters the final, we can see her at 21:30 on August 6!
