On June 21, Guangdong reported 2 new local confirmed COVID-19 cases，which were from Shenzhen and Dongguan respectively.

 

As of 24:00 on June 21, Guangdong reported 5 new imported cases, with 2 by Guangzhou (from France and Oman respectively), 1 by Shenzhen (from Indonesia), 1 by Zhuhai (from Bangladesh) and 1 by Dongguan (from UAE). Guangdong also reported 7 new imported asymptomatic cases, with 3 by Guangzhou (2 from Cambodia and 1 from UAE), 1 by Foshan (from Cambodia), 1 by Zhongshan (from Gabon) and 2 by Zhaoqing (both from Indonesia). 16 patients were discharged on June 21.

 

By 24:00 on June 21, Guangdong has reported a total of 2706 confirmed COVID-19 cases, including 1140 imported cases. Currently there are 221 patients in hospital.
