Updates on COVID-19 cases in Foshan(June 7)
On June 7, Foshan reported one local confirmed case that was previously asymptomatic.
By 24:00 on June 7, Foshan has reported a total of 151 confirmed COVID-19 cases (with 52 imported cases). Currently there are 16 patients in hospital (with 6 imported cases) and no death reported.
Updates on COVID-19 cases in Guangdong
On June 7, 10 new local cases were confirmed in Guangzhou. Another 9 local cases that were previously asymptomatic cases were reported with 4 in Guangzhou, 3 in Shenzhen, 1 in Foshan and 1 in Zhanjiang.
As of 24:00 on June 7, 3 confirmed COVID-19 cases imported from overseas have been reported in Guangzhou (from Cambodia, Katar and Zambia respectively), 9 asymptomatic cases from overseas have been reported, with 5 in Guangzhou (from the US, the UK, Cambodia, Djibouti and Burundi respectively), 1 in Foshan (from France), 3 in Zhaoqing (2 from Democratic Republic of the Congo and 1 from Cameroon). One patient was discharged on June 7.
By 24:00 on June 7, Guangdong has reported a total of 2564 confirmed COVID-19 cases (with 1055 imported cases). Currently there are 157 patients in hospital.
