According to Hurun Richest Self-Made Women in the World 2021 released on May 19th, self-made female billionaires (dollar) from all around the world soared 30% year-on-year to 130 persons. Four female entrepreneurs from Foshan rank on the list, including Cheng Xue, Li Xuhui and Zhang Xin from Foshan Haitian Flavoring & Food Co. Ltd. (Haitian) as well as Zuo Xiaoping from LESSO. 

 

Data shows that the top 5 cities with the richest self-made women are all from China: Beijing with 16, Shanghai with 11, Shenzhen with 10, Hangzhou with 10 and Guangzhou with 7. And Foshan ranks 7th.

 

Among the three of Haitian, Cheng Xue ranks 7th on the world’s list, rising 7 spots compared with last year. In terms of wealth and its growth rate, Cheng now is the TOP 10 in the world. Her wealth has accumulated to 75 billion yuan, an increase of 161%. Besides, She also ranks the 1st of Hurun China Richest Professional Managers 2021 released on January 19th this year.

 

 

  

Li Xuhui, another billionaire from Haitian, ranks 58th with 13.5 billion yuan, a decrease of 16%. Zhang Xin, who has debuted on the list for the first time, ranks 103th with 8 billion yuan.

 

While Zuo Xiaoping from LESSO, whose total wealth is 16.5 billion yuan, an increase of 53%, ranks 48th on the list, dropping 6 places compared with last year.

 

Besides, on Hurun Richest Women in China 2020, 40-year-old Yang Huiyang from Country Garden, has remained as the richest woman for consecutive three years with 215 billion yuan, ranking the sixth on the world’ s list.

   

"Over the past decade, 2/3 of the world’s most successful female entrepreneurs are from China, which is not a coincidence. This year, only one among TOP 10 is none-Chinese. While among those newly-ranked ones, 80% are Chinese.
