It is reported that the first phase project of Gaoming Civilization Creation Featured Street will open to the public in October this year, which will newly provide a number of training venues for the teenage scientific research and teaching.

  

  

Gaoming Civilization Creation Featured Street, located in the east of Yanjiang Road and the north of Hecheng Park with a total area of 75,640 square meters, is the focus of urban upgrading in Gaoming in recent years. According to the previous plan, it will build a featured commercial zone, natural experience zone, and creative art zone, and create a waterfront node integrating natural ecology, public art, popularization of civilization creation and leisure vacation altogether by demolishing and renovating a number of old factories and dormitories along the river.

  

At present, since the project construction is accelerating, the first phase is expected to be completed in October this year. It is reported that the first phase project is a creative art zone with a total construction area of about 9,000 square meters, including a 6,000 square kilometers creative art hotel, a 3,000 square kilometers teenage handicraft workshop, graffiti walls, waterfront food street and other scientific research and teaching training bases.

  

Meanwhile, the second phase--natural experience zone and the third phase--featured commercial zone are promoted continuously as well. It is reported that Theme Guesthouses and the Performing Arts Center will be included in the second phase, covering an area of about 30,000 square meters. After construction, 150 osmanthus trees will be planted and the Lotus Pond School integrating moral and aesthetic education will be built combing with the lotus pond; the third phase will focus on special catering and Gaoming specialties.

  

In addition, the project also reserved corridors for docking with other projects, which will connect the pedestrian system along the Xijiang River and plan to build the first Xijiang River luminous health path in Gaoming in the future.
