On December 30, 2019, Gaoming hydrogen-powered tram comes into official operation, which means a new chapter for Gaoming’s modern transportation.

The first day of the hydrogen-powered tram operation attracted a large number of people. "As the Gaoming local, we must not miss this day!” said the passenger, Aunt Li. Many citizens took out their mobile phones to record this historic moment.

Uncle Chen was the first passenger went to take the hydrogen-powered tram with his grandson. "It feels very good! Its smooth and comfortable, and we can enjoy the beautiful city scenery on the way. Ill take my family members to the tram again later.” said Uncle Chen.

Gaoming hydrogen-powered tram demonstration line is the first rail project independently constructed by Foshan, which is an important milestone in the history of Foshan transportation. The first phase of Gaoming hydrogen-powered tram is about 6.5 km in length (Cangjiang Road - Zhihu), with 10 ground-based stations. At the same time, the demonstration line connects Gaoming old and new urban areas, and there is the sightseeing landscape belt along the way, which has formed a beautiful landscape.
