The theme of the exhibition and forum this year is “invention realizes dreams, innovation leads future”. The exhibition hall covers an area of 50,000 square meters and over 5,000 projects will be shown at the exhibition, which make it an international invention exhibition with the largest exhibition hall area and most invention and innovation projects. This is also the second high-class invention exhibition that will be held in Foshan since the 22nd National Invention Exhibition and the 2nd World Invention Innovation Forum.

Luc Montagnier, a Nobel Prize winner in Physiology or Medicine and George Fitzgerald Smoot, a Nobel Prize winner in Physics will give keynote speech at the forum. Luc Montagnier is the honorary professor of the National Center for Scientific Research, president of World AIDS Research, Prevention & Cure Foundation, famous French virologist and one of the discoverers of AIDS virus. George Fitzgerald is an astrophysicist and cosmologist. He won the 2006 Nobel Prize in Physics for discovering “Black Body Structure and Anisotropism in the COBE differential microwave radiometer” and he was also the winner of Albert Einstein Medal. Besides, six domestic and foreign academicians will also attend the forum to give keynote speeches.
