Promote cultural exchanges between China and Germany through German wine and table manners. Yesterday (July 6) afternoon, the first German Cultural Promotion Conference and German Wine Princess Riesling Week in 2018 were held in Foshan city.

During the event, Stefan Lergenmuller also signed a cooperation agreement with a Foshan enterprise to cooperate on German wine, food and tourism.

Stefan Lergenmuller, head of the chateau rhinehausen and heir to the 15th generation of the chateau, said that he chose to cooperate with Foshan enterprises because he saw the strong industrial foundation and developed economy of Foshan and hoped to bring more German culture to Foshan in the future.

Foshan and Germany have a long history of friendly relations and have conducted in-depth cooperation in industry. Juck said, with the aid of table culture, promoting bilateral cultural exchanges is only the first step, the next cooperation will be in Sino-German commodity trade, Germany grapes business school, Sino-German tourism. In addition, there will be a Sino-German cultural corridor as long as 2 kilometers in Foshan, preliminary siting in the Sino-German Industrial Service Zone, which will  serve more Germans working in Foshan and promote both in-depth cultural communication as a carrier.
