On June 22th, South China Base of Faw-Volkswagen located in Foshan was completed and put into production. After being completed and put into production, the Base as a whole will have the capacity to produce 600,000 vehicles a year, greatly improving the capacity of faw-volkswagen.

As the third base built by Faw-Volkswagen this year, the South China Base covers about 1.66 million square meters. It is reported that the South China Base has become an important step for Guangdong province to accelerate the transformation of the economic development pattern and optimize the industrial structure.It is said that the South China Base is now ready to become a perfect factory with leading manufacturing technology, green plant environment, advanced management level, excellent enterprise culture and the excellent staff team.
