On June 11th, the informatization-related explorations such as one-step type, cloud platform, and big data in Chancheng, Foshan once again serves as a typical case reported by People’s Daily. The report focuses on three aspects of Chanchengs online service, one-step life-cycle service, and the opening of big data.
According to the report, while Chancheng promoted the efficiency of government affairs, it also made sufficient efforts to optimize the functions of the e-government platform. Chancheng makes big data analysis according to the behavior of users access, upgrades the service of key issues involving a wide range of people, large amount of peoples handling and high demand. Chancheng even realizes “proactive services” in the way of sending information, continuously accelerates the speed of service for ordinary people and improves people’s experience of handling affairs.
The report also focused on the "one-step" reform of Chancheng to alleviate citizens burden of handling affairs. For example, after university graduates come to work in Chancheng and handle something about reporting, the "one-step" system will take the initiative to send messages on files transfer, social insurance transfers, and households in the corresponding employment phase to citizens mobile phone.
In terms of the report, Chancheng also creates a comprehensive cloud platform for social management, awakens more than 300 million "sleeping data", and opens up “isolated islands” of information such as districts, towns (streets), districts, villages and grids.Chancheng establishes 921 "micro" Grid and achieves "instant response" by real-time monitoring and automatic grabbing.
