The 4th China (Guangdong) International Internet Plus Expo (hereinafter referred to as Internet Plus Expo) will be held in Guangdong Tanzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center in October, 2018. On March 22nd, the host of the expo held a press conference.

With a theme of “Digital Tide, Intelligent and Innovative Internet”, the expo sets six exhibition zones, including advanced technology of Internet Plus, digital commerce, digital life, innovation and entrepreneurship, intelligent manufacturing and robots. The expo will cover over 50,000 square meters, which increases more than 10% compared with the scale last year.

In 2015, the first Internet Plus Expo was held in Foshan and its influence has been growing since then. The 3rd Internet Plus Expo held last year for the first time introduced the core resources and global network of a global top-notch digital economy grand event——Hannover Consumption Digital, Information and Communication Expo, which further built an international top-notch display platform for many exhibitors for brand promotion, technology exchange and industry cooperation.

This year, the expo will continue to join hands with Hannover Consumption Digital, Information and Communication Expo. And lots of domestic and foreign enterprises and organizations will take part in the expo, such as KUKA, Jaten, DJI, Huawei, Midea, Baidu, Didi, Fanuc, Kawasaki, ISoftStone, Hik Vision, German Industry & Commerce, etc.

The expo will also hold Chinese Intelligent Industry Summit Forum and Chinese Robot & AI Competition. Many academicians, senior experts and entrepreneurs are invited to discuss how to co-build digital Foshan, to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry with a focus of intelligent manufacturing, to cultivate emerging industries, and to push deep integration of industry Internet, big data, artificial intelligence and manufacturing industry.
