The delicious and fun grand festival comes again! The third Hong Kong Foshan Festival opened on December 13!

 

 

酝扎猪蹄、盲公饼、狮头、香云纱……你能想到的是美食、非遗、武术等佛山特色元素，通通将亮相香港！

Bundled Trotter, Mang Gong Cake, Lion Head, Canton Embroidery...gourmet, intangible cultural heritage, martial art and other Foshan characteristic elements will all appear in Hong Kong.

 

 

今年第三届香港·佛山节以美食为纽带，发挥佛山“世界美食之都”的优势，向香港市民、国际友人宣传展示“佛山制造 中国功夫”城市品牌形象！震撼宣传片首发，马上看片！

This years Hong Kong Foshan Festival takes food as a link, gives play to the advantages of Foshan as a "World Gourmet City", and promotes and displays the city brand image of "Foshan Manufacturing and Chinese Kung-fu” to Hong Kong citizens and international friends. 凤爪干蒸陈村粉，濑粉双皮奶。好东西不用到处找，佛山就有！一起来开启舌尖上的美食盛宴吧！

You can find the delicious food such as chicken claws, steamed pork dumplings, Chencun powder, rice noodles and double-layered milk from Foshan. Lets start the feast of gourmet!

 

 

佛山是“功夫之乡”，武术是这座历史文化名城重要底色。黄飞鸿、李小龙、叶问等功夫名人家喻户晓，功夫电影响彻世界。

Foshan is the hometown of Kung-fu, and martial art is the important background of this historic and cultural city. Kung-fu masters such as Wong Fei-hung, Bruce Lee, Ip Man are known to every family, and their films are famous around the world.

 

 

佛山，国家历史文化名城。烧番塔、行秋色、逛花街、行通济……历史悠久的佛山，充满浓浓民俗风情。

Foshan is the national historical and cultural city. Burning Fan Tower, Qiuse Parade, strolling around the flower street, crossing Tongji Bridge...Foshan is a city with a long history and rich folk customs.

 

 

说起佛山，大部分朋友一定就会想起佛山功夫。在佛山的各式美食中，也隐藏着佛山功夫！

Speaking of Foshan, most people must think of Foshan Kung-fu, which is also hidden in all kinds of Foshan gourmet.  

 

 

美食推介会现场，佛山和香港两地大厨将共同精心准备一系列佛山地道的招牌菜式。大屏幕同步播放菜式的制作过程，让佛山文化、佛山美食和城市味道不仅可以欣赏，更可以品尝，让大家充分感受岭南文化的深厚内涵，了解城市发展的巨大活力！

At the food promotion meeting, Foshan and Hong Kong chefs will work together to prepare a series of authentic Foshan dishes. The production process of the dishes can be played simultaneously on the big screen, so that Foshan culture and food can not only be appreciated, but also be tasted. Through the promotion meeting, people can fully feel the profound connotation of Lingnan culture and understand the great vitality of urban development.

 

 

作为粤式美食的发源地，佛山有着让吃货着迷的魔力。各类简单的材料做出千变万化的美食，每一盘菜都有佛山浓厚的烙印。推介会上，将逐一揭晓美食的秘密！

As the birthplace of Cantonese cuisine, Foshan has the charm of captivating foodies. There are a variety of simple materials to make a variety of food, and each dish represents a brand of Foshan. At the promotion meeting, the secret of Foshan gourmet will be revealed one by one!   

 

                   

 

佛山非遗文化互动展将向市民游客展现佛山彩灯、佛山秋色、佛山狮头、香云纱、木版年画、佛山剪纸、南海藤编、石湾陶塑技艺等佛山非遗文化的无限魅力。

The exhibition will show the infinite charm of Foshan intangible cultural heritage including color lantern, Qiuse Parade, Lion head, Canton Embroidery, woodcut, paper-cut, rattan weaving, Shiwan Ceramics and etc.  

 

 

逛完佛山非遗文化互动展，还有佛山武术、舞狮等表演，让你见识佛山的“真功夫”！

After strolling around the intangible cultural heritage interactive exhibition, there are also performances of martial art and lion dance for you to know more about Foshan Kung-fu.
