When talking about wetland park, you may come up with forests and greenways, lakes, mulberry fish ponds and flying egrets, which will be the natural oxygen bar for you.
This year, Foshan is planning to build three wetlands into national wetland parks, they are respectively Nanhai Mulberry Fish Pond Wetland, Nanhai Jinsha Island Wetland and Sanshui Yundonghai Wetland. Currently their planning regions have all passed the provincial approval.
Nanhai Mulberry Fish Pond Wetland
Nanhai Mulberry Fish Pond Wetland is the largest and the most complete mulberry fish pond among Pearl River Delta area, which locates in Xiqiao Nanhai, a place with fertile soil.
The mulberry fish pond with thousands of years of history, is still maintain an eco-agricultural circular model of “planting mulberry trees around the fish pond”, which is judged a demonstration zone of “rare beautiful scenery in the world and a good example of virtuous cycle” by United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization.
Looking down from the sky, the crossing mulberry fish ponds and water waves in the lake will make you feel comfortable and relaxed.

You will find it splendid when the sunset emerges, which looks like a beautiful picture of nature when the egrets fly over the sky.

From March to April every year, mulberry are available in the park and you can enjoy the happy farm stay with your family.
Sanshui Yundonghai Wetland
Yundonghai Wetland park is a precious ecological land in Pearl River Delta area and forest coverage rate could reach 80%. It’s surrounded by water and mountains with wonderful natural scenery.

Wondering around the Yundonghai lake, feeling the stream water flowing slowly, seeing dragonflies flying lowly and smell the fragrance of flowers, it’s a place where you can take your camera and shoot all the beautiful scenes, and enjoy the comfort brought by the nature.
Nanhai Jinsha Island Wetland

Jinsha island is surrounded by North River and Nansha Chong river and it got its name “Moon Lake” because it looks like a curvy moon from above.
There are wetlands, sandbeaches, lakes and ancient villages in the island.

The naturally ecological resource in the island is abundant. Riding along the greenways around the island, a full view of mulberry fish pond will be presented to you.
Jinsha island has a 42.3 kilometers bank line and the length of greenways reaches over 10 kilometers, which is a good place for sports lovers.
